Café 57 Restaurant
Café 57 opened in May 2001 in the Rózsadomb
or Rose Hill district of Budapest
and was the first minimalist bar in the city.
After a successful start, it was the guests themselves
and their needs which pointed to way we develop.
This is how fashionable bar became a restaurant
comprising two floors.
The upper floor has the atmosphere of a conservatory
and can be converted into a covered terrace in summer.
It is a very pleasant, welcoming environment all year round.
All our dishes are accomodated with a dynamic selection of carefully chosen wines.
